Defective, but I'm stuck with it.
"I ordered a number of products, and when they arrived, I unpacked them and set them aside to wash later. I’ve never had any issues with Pyrex before, so I didn’t even think to take a closer look before I bundled up all the packaging to recycle. One of the containers had a manufacturing defect - notches in the top edge and obvious signs of stress. Unfortunately, the way the return policy is written, either they won’t accept the return at all despite the fact that the product is defective (because I don’t have the packaging), or even if they take it back as a warranty claim, it would cost more to return than the original price of the product. This is a disappointing exception to a normally very satisfactory brand and product."
