A marginally Ok product, & zero customer service.
"I ordered twenty 3-cup rectangular glass containers. They arrived in a thoughtfully packaged box. Unfortunately, the actual product looks like the factory is selling its seconds. Almost every item has abrasion scars on the underside, and the inner surface has distortion in the glazing. The glass is not consistently smooth. The refraction makes it look like patches of oil were smeared into the surface. Additionally, one of the items had a dark green splotch embedded in the glass. Kind of like a fly stuck in amber, but really just some sort of factory-borne impurity. The splotch is just resting inside the glass. It will be there forever. The quality of the product seems lower compared to Pyrex examples in my kitchen that I have owned and used for decades. Oh well. The most aggravating part is that I have sent several messages to Pyrex, including photos, to request a replacement for the splotched item, and all my requests have gone unanswered. Not yes, not no. . . just ignored. And then, a Correlle/Shopify/Yotpo customer service bot sends multiple repeated emails asking me to review my order, which get flagged as SPAM. Well, here is my review. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience."

"This was second order for these storage containers. They are the perfect size for 1-2 person servings, they fit well in a small freezer, and stack beautifully. Love the fact that they come with their own lids, can be used in the freezer, microwave, and a pre-heated oven and they can be washed in a dishwasher. Because they are glass, they do not stain or retain any food odors. Great product!"
